Shipping Policy
We offer the following shipping options at checkout (with availability subject to your delivery address):
- Standard Shipping — economical option with tracked delivery.
- Express / Priority Shipping — faster delivery with tracking.
- Same-day / Local Courier — available in selected metro areas for orders placed before the local cut-off time.
- Store / Click & Collect — pick up from a designated collection point (where available).
Exact options and prices are shown at checkout based on your purchases and delivery address.
Yes. All orders are shipped in secure, Everest Active packaging unless you select a discrete/neutral packaging option (if offered at checkout). Packaging is designed to protect your items during transit.
If delivery fails, the courier will generally:
- Attempt redelivery,
- Leave a card with instructions for collection from a local depot, or
- Return the parcel to the sender if uncollected.
If your order is undeliverable, please contact Everest Active Customer Support immediately with your order number. We will work with the courier to locate and re-route your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund.
Delivery times depend on the shipping service and your location.
Typical estimates from shipment date:
- Standard (domestic): 2–7 business days
- Express (domestic): 1–3 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Shipping cost depends on package size and weight, destination, and the shipping option selected. Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Delivery country/postcode
- Total weight and dimensions of the order
- Chosen service level (Standard/Express/Same-day)
Where free shipping promotions apply, a discount will be applied automatically at checkout when conditions are met.
We calculate shipping charges using a combination of: carrier rates, package weight/dimensions, and delivery zone. For bulky or heavy items, the charge may be higher. Any applicable shipping discounts or promotions are applied at checkout.
After your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with:
- Courier name
- Tracking number link
- Estimated delivery date
You can use that tracking link to view your package’s real-time status. You can also sign in to your Everest Active account and view the order status under My Orders. If you do not receive tracking info within 24 hours of purchase, please contact Customer Support.
If an order is marked signature required, the courier will only leave the parcel with a person at the delivery address who signs for it. This provides extra security. If no one is available to sign, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions.
Change/Cancel: If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update or cancel your order before it enters the packing and shipping process. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the Returns process after delivery.
Returns/Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Most returns must be initiated within X days of delivery (see Returns & Exchanges page for exact timeframes and requirements).
Yes, we ship to many international destinations. Select your delivery location at checkout to view available shipping options and rates.
Delivery Policy
Select your country on the Everest Active website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. International duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are usually collected by the destination country.
We can deliver to PO Boxes for selected shipping services (usually Standard). Some carriers and express services require a street address. If a PO Box is not supported for your shipping option, we will notify you at checkout.
We may offer local courier partners and same-day delivery (including app-based couriers) in selected metropolitan areas. Availability is shown at checkout when you enter your postcode. If available, same-day delivery options will display expected time windows and cut-off times.
Yes. Where Click & Collect or store pickup is available, you can choose collection at checkout. You will receive pickup instructions and a time window when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting.
If a courier cannot deliver because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel may be held at a local depot for collection or returned to the sender.
If returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund if you prefer.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately with the correct address.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Contact Everest Active Customer Support within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged).
- We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Duties & Customs (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and customs charges levied by the destination country. Import charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. We recommend checking your country’s customs rules before ordering.
