Order
After your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. This tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of your order from shipment to delivery.
Alternatively, if you have a registered account with Everest Active, you can find this information under ‘My Account’.
If you haven't received a tracking number, our team is still busy packing your order. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been packed. We recommend checking your email’s spam and junk folders if you cannot locate it. Tracking numbers are also available by logging in to your online account under My Orders.
To check the status of your order or to start a return, please enter your order number and email address. You can also input your tracking number on the StarTrack website to view the status of your order at any time.
