Everest Active – Global 2 Years Limited Warranty Policy

Every product we create is designed in Melbourne and made with premium materials to deliver durability, comfort, and performance. Our 2 years Limited Warranty reflects our confidence in the exceptional quality of our caps and hats and our commitment to your satisfaction, wherever you are in the world.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period, Everest Active will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace it with the same or a comparable item of equal value, or
- Provide store credit or refund if a suitable replacement is not available.
This warranty applies to genuine Everest Active products purchased worldwide through our official online store (www.everestActive.com) or authorized retailers listed on our website.
Examples of manufacturing defects covered include:
- Faulty stitching or seams
- Defective fabric or material breakdown not caused by misuse
- Hardware failure (e.g., broken buckle, strap, or clasp on caps)
- Logo or branding defects due to production errors
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or deterioration due to regular use
- Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence
- Damage from washing, drying, or storage not following care instructions
- Alterations or modifications by the customer
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or second-hand platforms
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance
Coverage lasts 2 years from the original purchase date. Replacement items carry the
remainder of the original warranty period.

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the defect
Our team will review your claim within 5–7 business days and provide further instructions.
For international claims, customers may be responsible for shipping the product to our
nearest service location. Everest Active will cover the cost of returning repaired or
replacement items.
Once your claim is approved, we may repair, replace, or offer store credit/refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
This warranty provides benefits that are additional to rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law for customers in Australia. For customers outside Australia, including those in Europe and North America, local consumer protection laws may also apply, and Everest Active will comply with those laws as required in each jurisdiction.
